Please follow the tutorial below to upload logs.
1. Please insert the product into the USB port to power up the box.
2. Please turn on the Wi-Fi on your phone and connect to the box's Wi-Fi network (Wi-Fi name: AutoKit xxx; Wi-Fi password: 12345678).
3. Please enter 192.168.50.2 in the built-in browser on your phone to access the box's backend; click on "feedback".
4. Please enter the issues you encountered while using the product, then click "Confirm."
5. Once confirmed, please simply copy the log code and send it to the customer service team at support@autokitcarplay.com.
