What Is Your Return & Exchange Policy?

  • Please note that we can process returns and refunds only for items purchased from autokitcarplay.com.
  • If your car model is on our list of compatible models and the product cannot work with your car, we will guarantee a 100% refund of the product fees after we receive the returned item without being damaged or tarnished.
  • In case of no fault of the seller, if you need to return or exchange, Your refund will be reduced by a restocking charge equal to 15% of the total purchase cost.
  • Expedited Express Shipping is an additional service, and we won't refund the fees.
  • To be eligible for a return, please contact us first.support@autokitcarplay.com.

How to Return?

  • If you need to return or exchange an item, please contact us in a week.support@autokitcarplay.com
  • We will respond quickly(please allow 1 to 3 business days for processing) with instructions for how to return items from your order.
  • Once your return is received and processed the returned item, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the money for your refund.
  • Within 7 to 14 business days after we receive your return, you can expect a refund in the same form of payment as the original purchase. It may take some time for the bank to process the refund. If you haven’t received a refund for a while, first check your bank account again, and contact the credit card company or the bank for further check.
  • You need to pay the shipping fee for the return. 

We Do Not Accept Return or Changes If:

  • We don't accept exchange or return unless the item is damaged by non-human factors.
  • We don't accept an exchange if there is no seller's fault.
  • If the returned goods are not in their original condition, including damaged, unsalable, or missing parts not caused by our company, they will not be returned or exchanged.
  • No returns or exchanges after 60 days of receiving the product. 

Cancel Orders:

  • If you want to cancel your order for some reason, you have to CONTACT US within 5 hours, provide the order number and state the reason, so the warehouse can hold the fulfillment process and be able to refund you before the parcel was shipped. Otherwise, we will not be able to agree to cancel your order.

Additional Terms:

  • Reshipping Costs: If a package shows as delivered but the buyer has not received it, the cost of reshipping the package will be the buyer's responsibility.
  • Faulty Products: If a product is faulty or missing components, the customer must return the product to our factory in China for inspection and repair. If the issue is confirmed, we will provide a replacement product at no additional cost.
