T-BOX-serie: Krijg een foutmelding dat het product niet is geactiveerd.

Als u het product gebruikt, wordt op het scherm gevraagd: Sluit de tijd voor internetsynchronisatie aan en is vervolgens actief.

Uw box is nog niet geactiveerd. Stuur ons de QR-code op de volgende manier en wij helpen u de box te activeren.
 
1. Verbind de box met internet (plaats simkaart of maak verbinding met een hotspot)
2. Ga naar Instellingen-Meer instellingen-Systeem-Meerdere gebruikers-Schakel terug naar de host.
3. Open de AutoKit software en klik op Instellingen-Over.
Er verschijnt een activeringsknop. Klik op de activeringsknop en er verschijnt een QR-code . Maak een foto en stuur deze naar onze e-mail, zodat we u kunnen helpen uw product te activeren.
