T-BOX Series: Getting an error that the product is not activated.

If you are using the product, the screen prompts:Please connect the Internet Sync time,then active.

 

Your box has not been activated yet. Please send the QR code to us according to the following method, and we will help you to activate the box.
 
1. Connect the box to the Internet (insert SIM card or connect to a hotspot)
2. Go to Settings-More Settings-System-Multi-User-Switch back to the host.
3. Open the AutoKit software and click Settings-About. 
An activation button will appear. Click the activation button and a QR code will appear. Take a photo and send it to our email so we can help you activate your product.
